From Atami and Ito, Shizuoka Prefecture it is a 1 hour and 40 minutes ferry ride to Oshima Island. It is a 6 minutes taxi ride from the airport or a 15 minutes bus ride from Okuta Port to the Hotel Akamon. It is a 5 minutes walk from Motomachi Port to the Hotel Akamon.
