It is a 50 minute ride on the JR Joetsu Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo train station to Takasaki train station. At Takasaki train station, change to the JR Agatsuma train line and it is a 50 minute train ride to Nakanojo train station. From Nakanojo train station to Kashiwaya it is a 35 minute bus ride.
