From Kumamoto Ekimae bus top, please take a bus to Kurokawa Onsen bus stop (about 3 hour). It's operated by Kyushu Odan Bus. From Kurokawa Onsen bus stop to Sanai Kogen Hotel it's a 10 minute taxi ride. Sanai Kogen Hotel also offers a pick up service from Kurokawa Onsen bus stop (reservations are required).
