From Tokyo train station, take the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to JR Mishima train station. At JR Mishima train station, change to the Izu Hakone Rail Line and take the train to Shuzenji train station ( a 35 minute train ride). From Shuzenji train station, it is a 25 minute bus or taxi ride to Shirakabeso. From Shuzenji train station to Shirakabeso you can take bus #4 to Yugashima bus stop which will cost about 650 yen per person. Then call the ryokan at (0558) 85-0100 and they will pick you up at the bus stop. A taxi will take about 20 minutes and will cost about 3,700 yen for both of you from Shuzenji train station.
