It is a 20 minute taxi ride from the JR Biei train station to the Shirogane Onsen Hotel. Also there is Dohoku bus which will take you from the JR Asahikawa train station to the Shirogane Onsen. It takes about 60 minute. From the Shirogane Onsen bus stop it is a 5 minute walk.
