From JR Tazawako train station, it is a 25 minute taxi ride to Tsurunoyu Onsen.
At Alpa Komakusa bus stop, there is a free shuttle bus service to Tsurunoyu Onsen. When you arrive at JR Tazawako train station, BEFORE you board the bus, call the Tsurunoyu and tell them which bus you will be taking to Alpa Komakusa bus stop. The free shuttle bus will then be waiting there to take you to the ryokan.
