It's a 10 minutes walk from Tonosawa Station however this walk is not really easy so elderly or disabled guests are recommended to come from Hakone Yumoto Station by bus or taxi.
Yama No Chaya provides a pick-up service from Hakone Yumoto Station between 13:15 and 17:45. Reservations are required and it costs 100 yen per person.
Alternatively it's a 15 minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station to Yama No Chaya.
