Welcome to Shikinosato Kikuya. This Traditional Ryokan is located beside the Arakawa River in picturesque Takanosu Onsen (Takanosu Hot Spring). KIkuya-Niigata has appeared many times on Japanese television programs and it is also frequented by popular Japanese celebrities. Guests must walk across a suspension bridge over the Arakawa River to get to Kikuya-Niigata, and upon reaching the ryokan guests can relax in one of the ryokan’s 12 Japanese-style guest rooms and dine on traditional Japanese cuisine (fresh vegetables and local river fish). There are also outdoor hot spring baths for both women and men (same gender only), and from the hot spring baths guests can relax and look out over the Arakawa River.
