From the large, shared baths (same gender only) at the Nishiyama Ryokan, guests have a nice view of the waterfall in the ryokan's Japanese garden. Nishiyama Ryokan is conveniently located in the center of the major sightseeing attractions in Kyoto. Guests will be served fresh, seasonal Japanese-style cuisine. For guests staying more than 1 night, Nishiyama Ryokan offers free "yukata" (traditional Japanese summer robe) rentals - please ask at the front desk for details. English is spoken by the staff, and check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 10:00 am. Unfortuantely, parking is not available for those coming by car.
