Welcome to Tenseien. This large Ryokan Hotel has 105 Japanese-style rooms. There are four shared indoor hot spring baths at Tenseien (same gender only) and most of them are open 24 hours a day. The two shared outdoor hot spring baths have a view of Tenseien's surrounding Japanese garden. The women's outdoor hot spring bath is open from 5:00am to 12:00 midnight while the men's outdoor hot spring bath is open 24 hours a day. Meals are buffet style. Important Travel Warning: It takes a long time to go through customs at Narita International Airport and then travel to Hakone. If your plane lands in the early morning at Narita International Airport, you can make it to a Hakone ryokan in time for dinner. However, if your plane arrives after 10:00am you WILL NOT be able to make it in time for dinner. You should stay at least 1 night in Tokyo and then go to Hakone the next day.
